I've just fitted a bespoke roller blind from Concorde Blinds in our kitchen, and my wife and I are delighted with both the blind itself and the service we've received from Concorde. The fabric (Sassari) is from a new range they've recently got in, and the colour and pattern go really well in the newly decorated kitchen. The finish - a scalloped bottom edge with braid trim - is equally nice and very well applied by Concorde. Service from Concorde has also been very good - exactly the right amount of help when we were looking at materials and deciding on the finish - and the blind was ready to collect when they promised. A big thank you to Kieren and his team. Very happy to recommend Concorde.
Very happy with the excellent service from this very professional family-run business. Kieren was careful to listen to our requirements and offered great guidance when he visited our home. We then visited the showroom and were able to spend time selecting materials and taking a short list of samples home, which really helped. Fitters were professional and courteous and we are delighted with the results. Will be using Concorde again and happy to recommend for excellent, personal service.

Concorde have fitted a number of different blinds for us over the last few years. We have always been very happy with the service they provide from the initial enquiry through to ordering and fitting. We recently had reason to contact them to ask for help with one our blinds which needed some adjustment/repair and to help with the removal of two blinds so we could decorate a bedroom. They could have not been more helpful and two of their very professional fitting men called yesterday (for a nominal charge) to carry out the work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Concorde to anyone who is looking for new blinds, curtains or shutters.
Margaret visited promptly and was great with measuring and showing me samples and light exclusion pictures. The round window was easily dealt with and her efficient service meant I had a price that very day. The lead time was explained as I was happy to order. Fitting was swift and very tidy they look great and operation was explained. The room is absolutely transformed from dull curtains.

Superb shutters and Venetian blind. We had seen some other houses with these in and liked the look of them. We spoke to Concorde Blinds and they arranged for someone to come out and measure up our windows quickly and safely. Provided great options and customisation. Once the product was available for installation this was arranged quickly, and the installation team were extremely efficient and did a great job. Overall really great service, and we are very happy with our shutters and Venetian blind.
