Obtaining the warranty was made simple and easy. I haven't had a claim as of yet to review the simplicity in making a claim.

CAP has the best value, (cost vs benefits) when compared to other extended warranty companies. CAP also has a helpful, customer friendly staff and its easy to get to talk to a person and get answers. I have yet to use the warranty so I have no experience to review. So far, so good!

I contacted Concord initially because they were rated very high on the Internet. I just received my warranty contract. What I can speak to is how I was treated during the initial phone call. Mr Taylor was informative, kind and considerate, and most importantly he did not pressure me as other company reps did. This company is one of the few companies that administer the contract themselves without handing it to a third party. I have the warranty "just in case" and I am sure by all accounts claims will be handled swiftly and efficiently.

Henry Scott assisted me with the purchase of extended warranties for our 2 cars. He was very professional and polite. Just one day prior I had been contacted by another company with some of the rudest bullies I had ever spoken with. Henry Scott answered my questions and didn't hesitate to give me full explanations of what the policies included.
