I recommend Concord Auto Protect. My radiator fan assembly failed busting the radiator and the repair was quick. My mechanic was impressed as well! Claim was paid fast on all parts covered. Michael has helped me with 2 claims now. Concord pays on coved parts under the policy. Concord pays fair prices to the repair shops. Excellent customer service!

Shopped a few companies before I decided but Gene at concord was patient and didn't put any pressure. I could have probably gotten cheaper but you can tell by the quality of the salesman that you get what you pay for so I'm happy I went with concord.

They are very easy to work with and come to an agreement to what you need for your vehicles. The agent I worked with Jeff Brooks was very pleasant at all times and got me what I needed for my truck.

concord has 3 plans where other warranty co have too many and very confusing; concord has best prices and easy to work with.

Had been dealing with ralph for weeks while i tried to purchase a car. He stayed with me and kept checking on me throughout and never pressured me into anything. Ended up getting coverage for myself and my father and we were both beyond pleased with the deal and the process. Ralph is a quality guy and employee and i am happy i had the chance to do business with him. Havent used the warranty yet but based on who he is i trust that it will work well

My initial claim went fairly smooth. They had to obtain an override to approve my claim. The part had a recall associated with it, but the recall did Not include my vehicle year. I do question the need for an override in this situation, and will reach out to discuss with Concord. Once the override approval was obtained, I will say, Concord communicated directly and inter-acted directly with my Dealership. It was at that point, hands-off interaction from me. Concord delivered as promised. They paid the Dealership directly. I will Highly recommend Concord. They will deliver on what they promise. Just be sure you understand what they promise. If not for the override issue, they would get a 5 Star rating.
