Can’t rate Comprehensive Removals highly enough. From the helpful and supportive office guys who nothing was too much trouble for as I had to keep changing my move date, the excellent guy who came to do the quote and gave us lots of packing tips, and the cheapest quote of the 3 we had, to the two fabulous guys, Terry & Jamie who moved us on the day. They worked so hard and were so lovely and we were moved efficiently and quickly. Every single person we dealt with was really friendly and helpful. Really excellent service from start to finish.
Packed my flat up in 5 hrs drove 200miles the next day and rebuilt my flat packs they had disassembled the previous day all with a positive attitude and a cheerful demeanour. Lovely people to work with during what could have been a very stressful time. Greatly appreciated Dan, Brandon and John.
I couldn't recommend these guys enough! Made the whole day very stresss free and were really friendly and understand with the stress of a tricky moving day. Reece and Ginge were amazing and I thank them for all of their help!

from the time of booking to the actual removal day - it was very professional and they were so patient and accommodating. the 2 guys on the day were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. this was an office move so they were dismantling desks and then putting them back together so easily and quickly. if i ever moved again or even a house move - i would definately choose this company again.
Turned up at the time we agreed, friendly staff, and professional. Stressful time for us and they took some away. We would use again.. not too soon tho!! 😊
After calling so many local removal companies, I landed at Comprehensive Removals and I honestly couldn’t have been more satisfied. The experience on moving day was far easier than I ever anticipated and the two guys; Dan and Reece were absolutely fantastic. Arrived on time, were super professional at all times, was careful and extremely mindful of all my belongings and the entire day ended before 4pm from start to finish. I hope I don’t have to move again for a very very long time but if I do; I will never go anywhere else for my removal needs. Thank you to Dan and Reece for keeping me calm all day!!
We highly recommend 'Comprehensive Removals' they were punctual and worked consistently and efficiently to ensure that our removals experience ran smoothly and professionally. We moved from London to Bournemouth, a 4 hour trip. Excellent service on a last minute booking. Ross in the office super helpful in ensuring we could get a slot and listened to my needs and concerns. Billy and Tony ( not 100% sure on 2nd guys name) arrived on time, polite and respectful. Furniture was treated with respect and protected during transit. Unloading they made sure everything went where we needed it to and I really couldn’t have asked for more from these two top lads. Both are an absolute asset to the company. Thank you for making a very stressful move enjoyable and filled with laughs.
Amazing company, highly recommended!!!! Intially a member of the team came to my house to assess the items we wanted to move and plan for any issues. On the day we had 6 people loading, then 2 guys drove the lorry to our new property. Can't say enough about how great all the team where especially Daniel and Terry.
I booked these guys for my big house move and they was absolutely brilliant nothing was to much trouble for them and they great with all my belongings even my 86inch tv all made it safely in the move I can’t rate them high enough

Daniel and Michael arrived on time and lost no time loading up the van. They took great care moving my furniture and belongings. They were professional at all times and respected my wishes. Without a doubt these friendly and hard working guys contributed to the move going smoothly. When I had to push the move back a week, the admin staff were super helpful and accommodating. I have no hesitation recommending Comprehensive Removals to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient and effective company to move them.

We really shopped around for the right company to move us. Whilst Comprehensive were not the cheapest of them all you have to go with your gut feeling. We were spot on with our choice! I instantly trusted Jason when he gave us our quote. Dealing with the office team to go through the details was so easy and efficient. We chose the packing service which was worth every penny. Jason,Jack and 'Ginge' arrived nice and early, and after running through the plan just got stuck in. I can't believe how quickly they boxed the house, helped by a few other guys in the afternoon. The following day (our moving day) Reece and team arrived to pack everything else. They were finished by 11ish and headed to our new address. As soon as we got the keys they set about unloading the boxes (we had a lot!) Into the correct rooms and putting all the large furniture in place. It was slick and seemless..5 guys all worked so well together. Friendly, cheerful and great with the kids too. We were genuinely impressed and beyond happy. Everyone says moving is stressful......not with these guys! THANK YOU!
Just wanted to share our experience for anyone wanting a removal company. Absolutely excellent from start till finish. On time, friendly, patient and very helpful. All the guys were pleasant and polite and nothing too much trouble. Thank you

The company is commended for its professionalism and efficiency in arranging, packing, dismantling, collecting, removing, loading and storing household goods. The company met the needs of the public and provided a satisfactory experience. However, there was a downside when the original screws were lost by the company, resulting in the wardrobes in the required bedroom being unloaded, leaving the room unoccupied for 4 consecutive days. This inconvenienced the family, who had to find an alternative sleeping solution until the wardrobe was assembled. The company solved the problem by sourcing replacement screws, so the assembly process took longer than expected. The company may wish to consider implementing a more efficient system for storing, tracking and organising tools and public household items to avoid such incidents in the future. Overall, the work carried out was satisfactory, but the loss of the original screws and the unavailability of the bedroom for 4 days could have been better managed. The company's prompt response and resolution helped to mitigate the situation, resulting in a 4 out of 5 star rating from us.
