I had quotes from 3 companies and while they were all similar in price I was impressed by Comprehensive Removals right from the initial survey. The follow up was timely and when I added on items the surveyor could recall their location and size which gave the personal touch and an impressive attention to detail. The removal team arrived on time and were highly organised. They took care to remove handles and use blankets to prevent breakage and scratching. They were personable and friendly and could not do enough to help. Throughout the move I felt that I and my belongings were in good hands and I can not fault the office or removal team in any way. I would not hesitate to recommend Comprehensive Removals.
Whole staff were friendly and helpful by email, phone, and in person. They chatted with us and gave useful advice. Moved from Essex to Glasgow and had to arrange the taking/delivering around cleaning the old place and flying up. No problems at all, everything was handled expertly and arrive intact and in full working order, they even patched up our old flat-pack wardrobes that had previous structural damage and therefore shook more loose in transit. Can't think how they could have made things any smoother!
Wow!! Massive thank you to Ross, the office ladies and Jack and Matt who were at the lugging business end of of things today helping me to get my elderly Dad successfully moved. I've felt the need to jump straight on and give this company a positive review today, I had picked them purely on their previous 100% satisfied customer reviews, having never had the need for a removals company before, so pleased I did. Everyone from start to finish in this process has been absolutely fantastic, so friendly, so helpful and respectful of our things too!! Which helps no end. Thank you all for a day that was as 'Stress free' as possible.
Comprehensive Removal was brilliant from start to finish, on the phone and in person. All staff have been friendly, polite, professional and worked really well as a team. We had a 3 day move with a lot of belongings and the price was reasonable and the service was faultless. All in all we would highly recommend them to anyone needing removals.
What an amazing professional company. The day of our moving was made stress free and would recommend this company. The removal truck was clean and very professional. The team of 3 Jack, Micheal and Terry what a great team. They were fast and fantastic with organisation. All boxes and items were safely moved and they are an asset to the Company. We used this guys to Move from Essex to Ainsdale in southport the whole team were fantastic to move us out and Darren and John who delivered our furniture to Ainsdale were very friendly helpful & polite i would highly recommend this company of there work ethics and cost. They also stored our furniture for us for 4 Months while we waited for our house to be complete

A top quality service. Helpful friendly staff every step of the way. The moving team of Bill, Jack and Bill were absolute legends. A quick and helpful pack up and a careful, efficient drop off. They were considerate and humurous which took away some of the of stress that moving house creates. A huge Thank you to all three of you. Would definately reccomend to others and if we are mad enough to move again they would be our only choice.

What seemed like a daunting experience turned out to be quite the opposite, we moved into a large 4 bed house and the staff were amazing nothing seemed to faze them even when the keys didn’t arrive until late in the afternoon they acted so professionally and courteously to myself and my family and I cannot praise them enough
The company gave a competitive quote to my daughter for a small removal job. On the day the team worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, helpful and professional. When it proved difficult to take the bed up the narrow staircase, they completely dismantled it and reassembled it without a qualm. Would highly recommend.

Quite simply, Dean and Michael from Comprehensive Removals made the task of moving the contents from my mothers three bedroom home a smooth and stress free one. Yes there was some initial concern that the removal van booked wasn’t going to be big enough, but they remained calm and assured us that everything intended would fit and be transported no problem. Dean and Michael are an asset to the company, they are friendly and approachable and go about their duties in a professional and organised manner. They were caring and attentive to any request we may have had, which really helped build that trust. This is our second review - this time after the journey (some 150 miles) and unload. Once again, we were delighted with the service provided by the Comprehensive Removals team. We had two lorries (of different sizes) and four guys who unloaded the contents of our four bedroom house quickly and efficiently. Care was taken with our possessions at all stages. And once again the crew were good humoured, friendly and got on with the job with no complaints. We haven't unpacked completely yet, but pretty much everything is in the right room and nothing has been damaged. We would highly recommend this firm. Thanks to all the guys who helped us over the last two days!
