So far Community Phone is working great as a solution for my Mother as opposed to a cell phone type landline service. She was having difficulties with making incoming an outgoing calls. This is an EXCELLENT option for seniors that are accustomed to the old school phones. Happy & satisfied customer.!!

I was surprise when the price jumped up. My father is older and doesn't know how to use a cell phone. He needs a landline. He is now not at home, he is in a nursing home. Community Phone works good at the nursing home, but I was surprise when the price went up. He is on a limited income. Is there an help to pay for his phone bill or can his bill be reduced.

I enjoy having a " landline" number. however, I've received really annoying crank calls and now the number does not seem to work even if I call from my cell phone.

Recently my phone was not working. If it wasn't for my son who has knowledge of such things it would probably still be out of service til he reset it. Simple as that
I shopped around until I found community phone and I a very satisfied with the phone service and customer service was very good.
After repeated calls to try to use my own answering machine instead of your automated system, I am switching to another company to be able to use my own answering system which I have to have day to day details for our U-Pick operation.

I received a new phone base in a short period of time. I received adequate assistance with trouble shooting on the 3rd call.
