We moved to a semi remote place in Ocoee Tennessee. There are no landline phone providers in this area. My wife and I decided to try Community Phone. We are currently very happy with the phone service. Yes, I would recommend Community Phone.

My experience with Community Phone has been outstanding. The service is everything the representative said it would be. The equipment was easy to install and works perfectly. My dad is now able to stay in contact with his family all over the country.We were even given a number for his new area code location that he will be moving to in three months. No need to change numbers. Take it with you anywhere!

My husband really enjoys the use of a phone this service has been really good for him he calls me since he didn’t know how long and he calls his family and friends as well thanks for the service is really good

The reception is not always adequate. That may not be your fault but I’ve had several people look at it. It seems to have better reception in different places within the apartment.

The phone goes out of service very frequently. Not a great setup for elderly.

Great service

Calls are set to be answered at 3 rings in order to go to my answering machine, and not community phones answering setup.I used to be able to join a call by pressing the phone/flash button.When I try to join a call now, I loose the caller, also, the message stops,this stops me from receiving the correct callback number. Not all callers leave the same callback number on a message that is the same as the caller ID coming in. Too much time and frustration are wasted trying to trace an important call.When I answer on the first ring the call is dropped.When I know the caller and number, I then must call them and apologise for the poor phone service!

I would have loved to give you 5 stars but the fact that I can't get a call log keeps you at 3. This is the perfect phone set up for my elderly mother and the purchase process and set up couldn't have been any easier. You even ported over her old number which was very important to her. My mother has been the target of local fraudsters and having the call log is very beneficial. It also helps when she says that someone called but she cant remember who it was. Please let me know when you will be able to provide the call log and once i have it, I will be happy to update your rating!

Great service and when there was a problem , you actually get to talk to someone to fix it.

Very pleased with the service so far. It was an easy transition from sprint to community phone. Thanks to all who kept me up to date as my old number was being transferred.

I am still getting calls from Eye Care which used this phone number with Verizon 12 years ago. Some times it does not work in that I cannot hear the person at the other in of the line or cannot dial out. No dial tone.
