1st. I'm a import idiot. So they handheld me thru the entire process. Never got upset at my questions, always answered in a timely manner. I would not import a large item without a customs clearing, I will be using Clearit USA again.

Quick competent professional help
I was a first time importer, confused, and nervous. My seller also sent me the wrong ISF info so that caused some issues but Clearit was great to work with. Hopefully I never need to import anything again but if I do I would not hesitate to use clear it again.
Very difficult to navigate site for first time/onetime user. Very poor access to live contact. One of the first steps was to input credit card. Soon after that I was charged in excess of $3000.00 fraudulent usage of my card in New York. I live in Oregon. $1400 in gift cards at Target. $661 at Apple.com. $181 at a NY restraunt and much more. I did not use my card any where else except locally in POS machines. I called Clearit to speak about this matter, was on hold for 21minutes then shitched to leave message.
Excellent and responsive service! They helped me figure out what to do and work through some clerical errors the shipping company made. Highly recommended. Best user interface and interaction model you will find anywhere!
It was pretty easy once I started using this. Only thing I can say negative is that response time on the chat box could be improved. I had a few sequential questions and I ended up going to the phone because it was just easier to when the answer to one question generated another question. Fees are very reasonable. Overall 5*. Will use again.
I am new to eCommerce and just learning the ropes. Clearit USA was the one who accommodated me in spite that I didn't have good credentials in importing goods for my new online business. They are very quick to response especially, Stefanie and Trevor. Stefanie was very accommodating and patient. I didn't have much knowledge how the US customs process works, especially that I am based Toronto, Canada. They deserve 5 stars for the amazing work and great customer service. Keep it up guys!

Excellent service! All the staff were super helpful in our first experience in importing goods. All questions were answered promptly, and clearly. The staff also made sure the import was cleared without any issues, and helped us in the entire process. Looking forward to working with Clearit in near future.
