The actual product is excellent and the prices are very competitive. The only problem I found is the packaging, 2 out of 3 deliveries that arrived were damaged because the packaging was only on the top and bottom, the sides that were damaged were left exposed.

I placed an order for cladding panels, which arrived no problem, however my trims did not get delivered,and I received an email to say they had been despatched, but nearly a week had passed and no delivery, I chased them up, and was notified that they had been damaged in transit, however from my email they got delivered in prompt time for my fitter ready for installation on Friday, they went above and beyond keeping me informed by email as to what was happening and I had them the very next day. Well pleased.

The goods arrived within 48hours as promised. Unfortunately the panels were slightly damaged and I thought it was going to be tricky to get any correspondence from the company once they had my money. I got on to them via email and Millie got back to me immediately and arranged to send new panels out to me free of charge. Would use them again and recommend

The product came damaged as the packaging was inadequate, 4 out the 8 panels were damaged. I tried to call a number of times to report the fault but was unable to get through Luckily using offcuts and where the damage was I managed to make use of the good bits and get the job done.

I purchased this ceiling cladding to cover a cracked bathroom ceiling instead of getting it replastered and am very pleased with the results. It arrived quickly and is easy to work with ,looks great.

Order marked as sent. When chasing delivery tried to call never answered the phone slow to respond to emails was told it hadn't been dispatched due to emergency in warehouse. Full refund via PayPal

The. Cladding is good quality easy to fix to a kitchen . We used concrete grey which blended in well with the other colours of the kitchen. The plastic was not well packed and we were lucky it was not damaged in transit.

Packaging had failed at the ends. Hanging open with cladding exposed. But it was delivered in perfect condition by Express Parcels.
