I've been putting off sorting out my conservatory ceiling but after seeing Claddteck's ceiling cladding I was inspired to buy it. An amazing product, so light and easy to handle. A very quick service at a very good price. I'm really impressed! Why didn't I discover it earlier?

I called today as we were unfortunately sent one wrong item of panelling but claddtech couldn’t have been more helpful. I understand that sometimes things get sent wrong….we are all human! But to me it’s how a problem is dealt with. I called to explain and was asked to send an email and picture of wrong item, within 1 hour I received email to say that they would send out a new one on their fastest service, no questions asked with no hassle of having to try and repackage and send back the incorrect one! Great customer service!

First delivery- wrong goods received 2nd delivery- damaged due to inappropriate packaging 3rd delivery- goods missing, empty box- due to inappropriate packaging. Blaming Tufnells 4th delivery- still waiting. This has all been since end Nov 2022 and still not resolved.

My order was delivered very quickly and on time. My goods were slightly damaged on the edges but will not cause me any problems due to how I need to make my cuts. I think the edges need to be better protected.

Very quick delivery and good customer services however some of the cladding had some chips and dents. However overall I would still recommend the product and Claddtech.

I personally won't use this so called company again and would not recommend to anyone. We ordered panels, which wasn't delivered on time. Once delivered it was only part of the order and it was all damaged, left on back garden,with no signatures of ours. I contacted the company explaining the situation, they said investigation will be carried. In 2 days the rest of the order was delivered and once again all damaged. The packing wasn't good and the delivery company didn't care either. These were once again left at the back door. Claddetch promised collection and redelivery, which never took place. I did tried to phone them but no answer,no answer to my last emails either. We won't leave it like this and will take further actions,if not solved by next week. Seems they are one of multiple dodgy companies. Claddtech, claddworld, Thinktaps etc.

They are very fast and if you have a question, they answer you immediately! The panels are so nice in the bathroom and very quick to mount! I recommend!

Issue with original order but Claddtech were quick to respond to my email resulting in positive outcome. Not to many companies like this one are as helpfull. Will order from them again.
