Quick delivery. Panels are great, arrived well packed but the protective film was missing on one panel and another had small impact damage to its rear face (before being packed as no damage to packaging). We were able to miss these defects by careful planning of the cuts... hence the 4 stars. Would use claddtech again.

I recently bought a shower panel. Communication was good from odering to delivery. Unfortunately the panel was damaged in transit, Claddtech responded swiftly and I received a replacement within a couple of days. Would definitely purchase from Claddtech again.

Terrible company ,these panels were damaged when they were sent from you not by the courier,they were was no damage to the packaging at all and I waited for you to collect them and you never did,wish I would have read your shocking feedback

Dreadful DO NOT USE THEM!! incorrect items sent i then phoned up i finally got through to someone after ringing about 30 times over a few days. I was then told to take images of incorrect items which i did and emailed them over and i would receive a refund. its been over 5 weeks and i still haven't received a refund i have tried to call nearly everyday and i dont get any answer.

One of the worst customer service iv ever had ,my partner wrote a review on here so I wont go in to detail , but it's the response that was The worst to say we shouted and screamed and made there advice cry is wrong we never did such thing ,we may have started to get angry after 20+ phone calls and no one answering ,emails we never had replys from and voice mails and no reply ,anyone would start getting angry after getting a phone call back a manager promised a% back after returning goods and nothing, we had to turn are plumber away as we couldn't finish days then ran in to weeks ,a job that could have been done in 3/4 days took 2 weeks due to damage and no communication,very disappointed and let down by this company

Well I thought I'll give claddtech a go although the reviews are bad. Wish I didn't now. Brought 10 wall panels and 8 ceiling panels spent approx £750. All delivered on time which was good but 8 of the 10 panels were damaged, spoke to customer service which sent me 5 replaceable panels as they stated I could use the others. Had to sent of numerous emails with pictures which was fine, at this point I was very calm. Received the replacement 5 panels but guess what 3 was damaged, spoke to customer service again and they sent me 3 replacement panels very quick . In the end I had 5 damaged panels in my property. When I contacted them they said at the start we could keep the damaged items as they were damaged, but after a few phone calls they said they wanted them back. I asked if we could get a small discount and they stated yes that's fine but we need the damaged panels back first. I asked if we could get the discount before we send them back as I thought when they receive the panels I'll get nothing, customer service advice I would receive a email from the manager. Recieved a email just before they closed stating they are taking legal action against me as I'm keeping the panels and they want them back.. Legal action what the hell cant believe it.. I never wanted to keep the panels as they are damaged, and cant believe they wanted to take legal action, all I wanted was a small discount to say sorry. So contacted the company back spoke to manager and he said we need the panels back first and legal action would not be taken. Panels were picked up and 1 week and a half ago since then no contact from them at all, tried so many times to contact them but guess what they blocked me number. To try and contact them I need to put 141 in front of the number.. still no answer. This could of been a really good review if at the start they said sorry about damaged items here is a small discount and we would pick up panels asap to get them out your way. But by not answering phones calls and threatening me with legal action wowie..

Ordering was simple and the panels arrived quickly. However upon opening the package I found multiple ones damaged/cracked ends (the protective packaging that covered these bits was pristine so they were packaged like this, not damaged in transit) or with significant imperfections (bright orange streaks embedded in the otherwise white panels). Luckily I had over-ordered since this was my first time attempting to put up panelling, but it was a close thing after tactically having to plan out which panels I could use where after chopping out the orange sections and frayed ends. I E-mailed Cladtech with photographs of the damage/imperfections prior to beginning my project, explaining that I was going to give it a go with what they had sent me but expected replacement panels should I run out. I received no acknowledgement or reply, which I thought was plain rude considering my generous attitude towards them.

Absolutely amazing delivery time. Quality of panels is really good. We've done our whole bathroom with a celling, and it really transformed the room now it looks amazing. Really happy about it and definitely recommend it to anyone. If we can just give one suggestion, it's about the packages they comeing in - it would be better to secure the top and the bottom of the panels as few of them were chipped on the edges, but we've had no problem with that as we had to cut them. Thank you very much :)

Excellent customer service some panels were damaged through the fault of the delivery service replaced without question promptly used this company after a lot of research would use again

Items were damaged due to poor packaging. They sent the wrong colour trims. Ignored emails. Go elsewhere for your cladding.

I think the least you can expect from a company is that it takes care to ensure that you receive the product in good condition. In my case the panels I ordered arrived broken and battered - not because the post man didn't take care but because Claddtech don't take any care over packaging. I ordered some wall cladding and some corner angle strips. When these items were packed they used packaging straps to 'pull' all the items together. Unfortunately they put them on so tightly that the corner strips were compressed hard into the cladding panels splitting the panels and flattening and breaking the corner strips. Just to add to the damage the panels are only packed with cardboard covering down the sides - but both ends of the panels are left poking out. Of course, this meant the ends of the panels where all damaged as they had no protection in transit. Annoyingly the delivery has to be signed for but there was no warning of the delivery date or time so obviously no one was in - so I had to organize another delivery. I did write to Claddtech who refunded me the corner strips (which were just totally split and useless) and sent out some more panels to replace the useless damaged ones. Amazingly they didn't improve their packaging technique and used the same, insufficient, strip of cardboard down the sides, super tight packaging straps and no protection for the ends of the panels which were poking out again. So for the second time I received damaged panels that weren't much use either. I'm grateful that they answered my complaint and tried to put it right (Sam from sales) by sending out more panels - but really all they needed to do was pack the shipment properly in the first place - ever heard of bubble-wrap Claddtech? obviously not. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company - it shows no respect to its customers as it doesn't seem to take any care in packaging its products.
