Very good product

I will never use Claddtech again however this is no fault of there own. I ordered PVC cladding and coving on the 27th September and from the total value of the order I gained free 48hr delivery service. Unfortunately for Claddtech they use XPD as the courier who's service was shocking. My delivery was due on Tuesday 1st October between 17:55 and 19:55 only to get an email at 20:15 stating a service failure. Apparently the driver ran out of hours. Following a complaint to the XPD Motherwell depot I was promised my parcel would be delivered on Thursday 3rd October with a time slot of 13:00 until 15:00 (no parcel delivered). I phoned the depot again to be informed the driver was involved in some sort of incident and my delivery would be made on Friday 4th October. At 20:45 on the Friday night my parcel was finally delivered by DPD. After checking the goods 3 of 5 lengths of the coving was cracked and had no protection what so ever. Can't be bothered with the hassle to send the products back. On a plus note the cladding looks good.

The sample was tiny so we couldn't get a clear picture of what it would look like on our walls. Very disappointed.. guess we'll just shop around.

Great product, only giving one star due to their terrible couriers

Have just paneled bathroom and the outcome is excellent,easy to put up as long as you use the recommended adhesive and take your time. Everyone who has seen it is astounded with the outcome. Would recommend this to anyone. Thank you Claddtech

Quick delivery, and it is very good panels to roofing , very tidy.

Good quality pvc cladding and good trims, The only problem is I ordered coving trim it was advertised as 2.6 metres but ended up with 2.4 metres leaving me 10cm shorter than I needed.

System error caused excess postage cost after purchase. No info on delivery date items just showed up 7 days after order placed and order turned up incomplete. Awaiting a reply for a refund for items missing still no reply

Used claddtech previously and was brilliant , this time round had problems slotting the panels together and had to modify myself to make them fit , panels from the same batch wouldn't fit together

Quality products at reasonable prices added to a prompt delivery service, what more can you expect. Definitely recommend to my friends and family, very satisfied

For those who may not have time to get a sample before making the full order I advise not to buy. The colors of the SPC floor tiles are quite far from what is shown in photos so it's just not worth the risk. Yes, more fool me for going that route. Also the fact that pack sizes are quite large and no flexibility to buy single tiles (I needed just one extra tile for my job but it seems this is not possible to do even though it is possible to buy small sample sizes which obviously come from an open pack?!) made my purchase and experience overall much more stressful than it needed to be :-(

Getting 5 stars for great customer service. Had an issue with courier damaging product, recieved replacements next working day. Great price, product looks great. Will definitely use again.

Lovely people to deal with. My order was faulty and they informed me promptly and refunded my money instantly. My residual order was delivered quickly too. Excellent service all round.
