First-rate company. Excellent service. Really helpful, friendly staff. We did have an issue with our 1st order (due only to damaged packaging) but it was resolved promptly and satisfactorily by Beth. Both Beth and Sophie are professional and helpful and always do everything they can to be of assistance. Will definitely be using Claddtech again and recommend whenever we get the opportunity :)

Lovely customer service, Sophie and Beth was very helpful. The wall cladding is to a very high spec. We bought the tile effect cladding and it is so beautiful. So very pleased we choose The down side was the couriers they used, XDF, unreliable, text you they on their way and didn’t show up for days. This defo learnt me a lesson to read the write ups on what courier is being used and how reliable the couriers are to deliver the goods on time as they stipulate when the goods are being ordered.

So, I'm not going to say this company is rubbish nor the best going. What they offer is cheaper than usual cladding - which I am happy to pay. Now, the company itself isn't really a problem, can contact them via chat on the website or by email (check your spam, it might end up on there) and they kept in contact with me throughout the process; I think the problem lies with the delivery company they use - XDP. Obviously, this company is probably a lot more cheaper for the company to use, but XDP are terrible. Some items I received were broken, like the trims, very easily snapped , and they did ; but I managed with what I had. I think XDP just throw everything around and don't really care about the items they are delivering. I also ordered 25 pieces of cladding at one point, and only 5 pieces showed up. My partner took the delivery, so went unnoticed. I said 'wheres the rest?' the tracking said all items delivered. So got in contact with the company to find out. We left it a few days and XDP finally delivered the rest of the items. They seem to do as they please. With all that behind us, I managed to install all the cladding in my bathroom and complete it, albeit , a little longer than it should have took. My advise to the company - to stop these bad reviews, find a better currier service like DPD and charge delivery prices rather than free? I realise free is a nice incentive, bit a better experience in tracking and delivering would be a massive advantage for you guys.

Absolutely disgusting!! Failed to deliver on time. Then received a load of broken panels and then no-one will contact me. I've emailed and phoned and no reply!!!!

Literally worst company ever dealt with will not return calls or emails never received goods avoid this company at all costs . Fuming Have started a claim to get my money back

Made a order 3 weeks ago and haven't heard back from them yet, ive been trying to call and emailing yet still not getting and response. Wouldnt recommend ordering from here.

Ordered online 28th may. Still waiting for goods 08 June, emailed no answer, telephone goes to answer machine no answer. Customer service !!!!!! none . i have asked for my money to be credited, no answer

Paid 8.95 for express(!) delivery, after 7 days items dindnt arrived. Tried call them - nae response. Absolutely joke company. Avoid at all cost.

Second time I have received the wrong order. Quality control on orders is woeful. Tried to ring and the automated message says they now have restricted phone hours due to CV19 - how on earth can CV19 affect phone calls? Last time I deal with these people...to call them useless is too high praise.

I ordered the white gloss ceiling panels and J End cap trim for sharp finish and H trim for joins.Product arrived ok however when we installed the End trim its a totally different shade of white more a dirty white rather that the brilliant white of the actual panels and the H trim. I phoned the company who advised that they cannot guarantee that all whites would be the same shade. I ordered them specifically so it would give a give sharp professional finish however i should have just done the ends with silicone, like the video as it would have looked so much better. Had it not been for the different shades of white would have given a higher rating.

Looks stunning! It's in the lower half of the walls in the downstairs toilet and everyone who has been in there has commented how brilliant it looks. So pleased with the product. Easy to cut and so easy to install. Thank you!

If you need just one or two panels, they force you to buy four.
