I've been a customer of Chuckling Goat since the end of 2019, and I feel a bit embarrassed that I haven’t reviewed this company until now! I regularly purchase their kefir and collagen products and have also tried some of their other products. In recent years, I’ve had problems with my joints and experienced really bad shoulder pain for many months. I’ve been drinking collagen every day in the last 4–5 weeks, and last night, I noticed that the pain was gone. I could finally sleep without pain! I’ve also noticed that my nails are much stronger and growing faster than usual. This collagen is rich in amino acids and protein. I use it as a meal replacement for my final meal before going to bed. It helps me to loose weight. Regarding kefir, I started drinking it just before the pandemic, and even though my partner doesn't like dairy products and wasn't a fan, I decided to drink it daily. I was the only person in my entire family who didn’t catch COVID until late 2023, which happened only after I had to take antibiotics. I believe this kefir really helped with my immunity during that time and I still drink it regulary. The only thing to mention is that I drink less than recommended, just about 100ml is enought for me. On top of that , the customer service is outstanding. I’ve contacted them several times to postpone deliveries because I forgot to update my subscription and was on my holidays etc, and they’ve always been extremely helpful. They managed to update the delivery for me every time without any hassle.
