Wow! I have used Chuckling Goat Kefir twice so far, for my daughter to help with her gut microbiome (in conjunction with other things) in relation to her allergies - with good results! And then we tried the soothing kefir lotion and super sensitive balm to calm her skin- which it did - almost immediately. She currently has calm and moisturised skin with no dryness or soreness! She also uses the Chuckling Goat soap bars to shower with :) So I then bought a second set of the lotion and balm for my mum - who had menopause related skin issues and has done for 6 years- with no relief or answers from any of the many Doctor prescribed meds and lotions. And the super sensitive balm has worked amazingly well (in just 3 weeks) for her too! She saw a leading consultant and nurse for her condition last week, and they said from the detailed history she gave on her condition - compared to the current visible appearance of her skin … they would not have linked the two. They said they had never seen such good results with someone with her condition and asked for the name of the balm we mentioned! I can not rate the Chuckling Goat products highly enough and honestly a massive heart felt thank you from me and my family for the amazing results and for being the light at the end of the tunnel! My health and well-being has changed since I’ve taken kefir, prebiotic and collagen. I feel more energetic and have less health issues… stress, and, especially, my urinary track infections have stopped completely! Chuckling Goat is very caring, fair/honest and remarkably efficient.

Firstly the quality of the product and secondly the service. Delivery was the following day outstanding. I’ve had a couple of online chats to ask questions and the response was immediate and extremely helpful. All of this for me achieves a 5 star rating.

It took a few days to get use to the flavour but I believe it is helping gut to grow good friendly bacteria. I also managed to open without any spillage, a bonus!
