The CG Kefir is the foundation of my diet and I add on from there. I also love the teas, soaps and soothing body lotion. I have also used the Microbiome analysis twice in 2019 and 2024 to check that I have a good range of helpful bacteria (which I have 😊). The service & delivery is also excellent *****
Having been buying supermarket Biotiful kefir for a few years and taking it daily. A good friend gave me a bottle of the Chuckling Goat kefir to try. I followed all the instructions religiously and I now take the recommended 170 ml per day. I’ve been taking it for roughly 3 months. I can truthfully say I feel so very much better. I have not had any of the previous gut, or digestion problems that I suffered badly with before. I have more energy now and just a good sense of wellbeing. I really recommend this product very highly.
Haven't actually used the lotion yet, but customer service is EXCELLENT
I have used your goat soap for many years and have never needed adfitional moisturiser - one week on holiday without it and I can really tell the difference. Best soap you'll buy but make sure you stand it on its end to dry when you're finished

Love the taste of the Kefir and it’s so easy to change delivery date ( rarely do that though ! ) Any queries are answered promptly too .
Tea pot is great, now trying out all the teas. Very happy with prompt delivery and quality of products. Also impressed that the packaging was eco friendly.

Excellent product (kefir light) and, as always, a lovely company to deal with. Knowledgeable yet personable and the research behind the company speaks for itself. Would not purchase kefir from anywhere else. Highly recommend.
The initial taste takes getting used to but then you are hooked. This has transformed how I feel and is an essential part of by diet.

There is no fizz in the product and I thought it was the fizz that means it contains all the good gut bacteria
