I stumbled upon Chuckling Goat by accident, I was looking for organic goats milk that would be delivered to my door and this is the first site that was suggested. I read with great interest about Kefir and Shann’s journey in trying to help her son with bronchitis and eczema and then her husband who contracted MRSA. I was specially interested in the help Kefir gives to IBS patients as I have suffered a lifetime with it and no help have I found. I also come from America and have lived in the Uk for 26 years now so I certainly identify with Shann in many respects. I have now noticed after taking Kefir and using the skin care range and taking the Ashwagandha as well as the teas that I am beginning to feel what I can only believe would be normal ie IBS symptoms greatly reduced and nerves setting. The only thing I would say is when opening the Kefir PATIENCE is needed. I know have only small puddle of Kefir at the bottom of the pot instead of half the bottle overflowing which makes a great face cleaner with coffee grounds put in it. The trick is simple: keep the bottle cool so the gas is less active than only make half turns with the cap just until you hear a faint hiss keep doing this at intervals and be patient. Once the cap is just about off let it rest for a bit then take it off. Hopefully instead of losing a pint or more you too should only have a tiny puddle. I’m not normally 1 for writing reviews, but after having a topical steroid withdrawal which started over 8 months ago. I just realised it was absolutely wrecking my skin, but after using some serious stuff for over 10 years I’d actually started to loose the will to live. I had supervised helped with dermotology to get away from it on my face, was getting red inflamed face and neck, swollen eyes honestly couldn’t bare looking at myself. My back was awful and the dermotologist said to continue to use steroids on my body, and for my face something called protopic, well it’s absolutely horrid stuff, made my skin very sore and sensitive. After doing a bit of digging I started to see a skin specialist to help with the breakouts I’d been getting from the steroid alternative. Shes got me on the right path with some led light therapy and some really really gentle skin care, but I still get these flare ups on and off. I found a book on Amazon the good skin solution by shann nix jones, anyway started to be inspired by her research and experiences over the years. 5/6 weeks ago discovered the soothing balm. This balm is my absolutely dream come true. I’ve been putting it on my face for 2 weeks now, started with just body at first and it truly is a breath of fresh air, I’ve had no dryness, no inflammation, my skin feels comfy for the first time in a can’t even remember, then started to apply on my face, I’ve found my breakouts are lessoning and lessoning the more I use it. What I did find amazing was I started to get some allergy swelling on my mouth the other night from something I’d eaten. Took it right down within an hour. I’ve never come across something so brilliant. I’ve been using the cleaning soaps the last few weeks too, these are gorgeous. Absolutely love it. Thankyou chuckling goat for bringing happiness into my life again. I’m thinking of trying the milks to see if I can get to grips with my digestive issues. Since stopping my steroids this has become more of an issue these days. Thanks again and highly recommend to anyone. Amazing customer service too.

My experience with Chuckling Goat has been good. The customer service is very good, they are happy to answer all your questions. They talk you through any problems. I find the light Kefir is working well for me. I personally like the taste.

Cannot fault, always very helpful, and nothing is ever a problem. Love the kefir and the taste. Creams and soaps lovely. As a pensioner wish I could could afford more.
