I have loved all of the chuckling goats products I have tried - kefir, tinctures, moisturiser and soap- that are all great. I feel the benefits of taking the kefir daily and the tinctures. Been taking the Kefir close to one month and the changes have been remarkable! I used an inhaler regularly yet have stopped as wheezing has gone completely & my chest feels great.
