Disc quality was awful - no attempt made to clean discs even from finger prints that could have been easily removed. Will not purchase from Cex again.

I wanted to purchase a xbox elite series 2 controller . I went into 2 stores looking for the product as they displayed as in stock on the website, I found one in an obiously physicly dammaged state and the other wasn't even stocked. I endevored to order one online and i found that it had stick drift and was not of merchantable quality. I returned to a store and got my money back but I am stuck with a voucher that i can't buy a product in good condition. Very disapointed

Bought 3 different things. A 3ds console unboxed and 2 games The 2 games were fine worked as expected. The 3ds was dreadful, bought it as a Christmas present and the console was destroyed. The joystick was missing a cover. Stylus was missing. Didn’t even come with a charger. Left with no present the week before Christmas. The fact that this 3ds was ever taken in by a store is disgraceful, shouldn’t even be graded as discounted it was in such a bad state. A massive thank you to the Newbridge store for helping with this issue, they refunded the money and I bought ds lite from them. Would have been a disappointing Christmas if it wasn’t for the amazing staff in Newbridge.

Fast delivery and game was in good condition. I actually like the new dragon age game it's not as good as inquisition but it's a nice relaxing game wish it had a bit more character interactions and scenes tho

Went to 2x of their stores tallaght and newbridge. And they couldn't find their own stock. Tallaght was supposed to have 1x in stock, and newbridge was supposed to have 2x in stock. Kind of unbelievable. Very badly organised, they advertise having certain products but when you go there they can't find them. If they ever had them to begin with. So I ordered from another company who could find their stock.

I ordered two DVDs for click and collect. When I arrived to collect, only one DVD was available. I was disappointed. There was a different DVD in the plastic pocket, not what I ordered and paid for.
Absolutely terrible experience. These scammers sent completely different products from what was advertised on their website. Not only that, but the items were dirty and in unacceptable condition. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never order from them again.
