Quick delivery. Exactly what I ordered. Excellent pricing.
Had to order, reorder, pay and get refunded so many times to just get one item. It kept coming up on the website as in stock and I contacted customer service several times. One item eventually arrived after two weeks. The other two items, continously listed as in stock on the website and confirmed by customer service as being dispatched, were the same...paid for, cancelled, reorderd so many times including payment the crazy postage charge of €3.50 per item...no option for a flat rate if ordering a lot, free delivery if order over a certain amount, option to order an item into a store for collection. Those two items again got cancelled as "not in stock" or "in unsaleable condition" so again paid for, told they were dispatched, confirmed, cancelled by CEX and then refunded. Such a time consuming and frustrating way for a shop to run
I never got my parcel
Laptop came in great condition. Free delivery and low price for the laptop. Laptop battery life very very low, but laptop itself runs very well. Took less than a week in delivery.

I have got all my orders separately - 12 CDs by post and some I had to pick up from store. I am not going to buy again.
I was sent a laptop with the previous owners personal details, including bank details and passwords. I will not be trusting this company again

This is the review on Apple Thunderbolt display - it was all dirty and uncleaned when I bought. There is also a noticiable screatch on the Display that can be seen when working on the disaply
