Purchasing off of CeX is a tale of two cities. When it works it is great. However for the 4 purchases I have made, 2 had problems. The first was that the product was not what was advertised. I ordered a Gen 2 speaker but a Gen 1 was sent. It was clear on the device that is was wrong so really this is poor quality control from CeX. When I asked for a partial credit for another purchase it was a no. Return it or keep it. A more recent purchase again was not as advertised. I purchase a Dell laptop docking station. The station was Dell but the power adapter was Kensington and did not work with the dock. CeX really should be more transparent about what is advertised. Other two products were great and work perfectly. Pity it is hit and miss.
Helpful when returning a game, I did order a new controller and it got cancled big bummer. Ended up getting a game instead and it is one of my favourite games!

Can't fault cex to be honest. Ordered games, a laptop and an xbox recently and all were very decent. Will definitely order again.
Bought an unbranded 32GB USB flash drive from them, turns out it was 31GB, so pretty much identical. On the website it looked like a very simple one, but when I bought it, it had a retractable lever on it, so it doesn't get damaged. The flash drive is pretty fast, so overall no complaints. The drive was €7 + €3.50 for shipping. Much cheaper than Amazon, which offered me €16! Thanks CeX, will buy again!

Good. I got an online order a handheld gaming console and I discovered one of the buttons didn’t work. I went to my local cex shop and they tested it first but returned my money with no problem. I actually got the same model but an A grade instead of B. The new one works great. Highly recommend these guys. Sometimes their prices might be almost the same as when you buy from curry’s or Harvey Norman for they are ok for me.
Staff were friendly but the case I bought was faulty, must not have been checked before selling.
