Finding it very good. On my second bottle now. Reduced my pain opioids right down and using this instead for mild pain, restless leg, anxiety and before I go to sleep. Just find the bottle can be a bit leaky. And you need to give it a really good shake if you have the one with vitamins or else you can get alot of either one or the other. The shipping is unbelievably quick.
