Amazing gummies 😁......as someone who suffers with sleep disorders I can honestly say ....not only do you get a good nights sleep you wake up feeling like you've had one and no morning hanxiety. They do take about an hour or so before you feel any affects, but when you do you realise just how strong they are so I'm glad I took the sellers advice and quartered them!!! I really can't recommend these enough and the seller is also very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be buying them again 😁.

Got the gummies and I tried 1 one night then 2 the other no effects took 4 gummies to get a good sleep and effects to work but they do work my tolerance is probably high and these where the 50mg ones aswell
