Always a lovely company to deal with. I've been using the bed time gummies for over a year. They give me the best night sleep. I don't take them every night but 1 dose the job on the nights I struggle. Alan and Laura always on hand to help with any questions. Got three tubs of Gummies, Took two at nite a little before bed. Didn't do anything for me didn't sleep any better or any worse. Gave them a go didnt work for me.
