I received my order which was complete despite giving my correct delivery address this wasn't apparent on the parcel but thankfully our postman suggested trying our address. I am not sure why this happened but would hope that in the future the correct address will be clear on the parcel.

I originally ordered two Samsung cartridges' one magenta and one cyan for my Samsung printer CLX-6260FW. Because CartridgesDirect was not holding any genuine Samsung cartridges this order was replaced by Chinese 'equivalent' for each of the two cartridges. The magenta fits the printer but the cyan does not. CartidgesDirect have sent a further cyan replacement which includes a 'Samsung Chip Version Switching Instruction'. These instructions say: 'Repeat open the front door of printer or repeat turn the power off and on, which is useful to make chip version switch to printer version'. I cannot make this work. Can Cartridges Direct further advise please? The printer does not working well without cyan!

The product was good although the ink is not very dark. Also it took a few weeks to arrive.

I ordered a Brother Yellow Toner over the weekend. However my printer stopped printing (even in black and white) so I needed to go out and buy a replacement from a retailer early on Monday morning. My order hadn't been despatched and I asked to cancel the order. It was and my credit card payment was reversed. Thank you, much appreciated.
