Aspen and the staff at Carhop were great. They even stayed late to get our purchase completed. Anyone can have a Bad Credit situation, but not all Car Dealers are able to get financing done. We selected a great car, put some down and they held it for us until we had the remaining down payment. Once we were ready, they helped us through the process in a professional and efficient manner. Our experience was much better than other dealers in the past.

First off CarHop need to learn how not to rush their customers out fast. Second off you are getting hand me down cars you bought off auction that has problem already. Do an overview first before putting it out on the lot like for real. Warranty or not it BS. Nichole was a fine sales person but no need for the irritating/agitating voice over the phone when i am asking you about the car. Kari at CarHop from Washington was the best person I spoke to from CarHop. Some chick in Vallejo CarHop was BS with her arrogant self too. I wish i can cuss her out but i decide to hang up in her face instead but i will try to be professional. When I got my car not only did it need oil change already BUT the brake has started grinding by the metal, the car shaking when it should be driving an automatic, felt like i was driving a manual. Not only was the car not clean i found an open condom wrapper when I HAD TO DEEP CLEAN THE CAR. They didn't clean it they just want it off the lot. Would i recommend it to a friend? Sorry i can't. I rather they come off the lot with a clean car, gas fill up, and not having to worry about maintenance right away. I only had my car for 5 days. Smh. Oh yeah the car exterior itself was messed up as well and the inside was disgusting. We didn't see it at first but wow.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY PUT U IN LEMONS NOT CARS I BOUGHT a 2008 Nissan Sentra 162,000 miles @ 400 a month then when I got home I tried to start my car up to go to work and it would start I had to get a jump every time I started my car. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID

If you like walking then purchase a vehicle from carhop because the cars are constantly in the shop waiting for you to go on a walk. Driving is underrated at carhop. The name should be carwalk.

I have bought three vehicles from car hop and each time I buy one it gets easier and I get nicer cars the folks at carhop are enjoyable to see and work with.
