No problems. Good response to need
I have no experience with any other similar company to compare it to, but I have been happy with the discounts I receive.
Careington provides great discounted rates with various dentists. It is sometimes important to clarify that you are getting the Careington rate.
Everytime I call with a question, I get the wrong answer! Everytime I call to request a new schedule of charges, I get sent the wrong one! Why can't customer service representatives be trained "properly" so they know the product of which they are called to speak?

I am pleased with the plan so far.
Carington was great the first several months I had it as I had no other dental insurance and the price was very reasonable and the discounted service prices were at least better than paying the full before an insuance price. I got dental insurance the next year and the dentists only take one Form of insurance. Metlife us WAY better and WAY more expensive than Carington and made it obsolete. However, it automatically came out of a credit card and the avenues I had tried to cancel never resulted in cancelation until the credit card expired so it wouldn't automatically renew, resulting in an email asking for payment and allowing me to finally get someone who could cancel me. It was great in 2010 or 2011, whichever I first signed up but several months later it was a chain around my neck and completely useless, as it continued to charge my credit card for the next several years.
We don't know how much the dental insurance is actually helping us. The annual fee is automatically withdrawn, we still have to pay a lot to the dentist for services, but maybe not as much as we would have to pay without insurance. We don't know how much Careington is paying the dentist. It is reasonable, we feel like we have some dental insurance without spending too much, and are hoping that it is actually helping us save money!!

great selection of dentists in my area, Great discounts on dental procedures I like only paying when I go to the dentist and not insurance every month whether I use it or not. Would recommend to anyone.
This is a great money saving alternative for people without dental/vision coverage. This plan has saved me hundreds of dollars each year since I've had Careington and I've been a member since 2012.
Showed my Careington I D received immediate service at a discounted price. Once they entered us into the system smooth sailing all the way.
This company has agreements with providers that allows you to save money on every visit to your dentist.

It's a Discount plan, nothing much to report, works just fine.
This has been amazing for me. It has helped me deal with so many dental problems that I couldn't afford to deal with. Not having dental insurance isn't easy but Careington makes it easier. I recommend it to everyone I know and they too like it! The only negative I can say is that I wish there were more dentists in the plan for me to choose from. Overall, it's great!
