The plan concept might be good, but in my opinion, the reality is that the dentist uses the plan to get you in the dental office and then suggest procedures that are more costly. My last visit to a new dentist due to relocation went from a general cleaning to deep scaling and a host of other add ons to the tune of $579. Keeping in mind I have had cleanings every 3 months for the last 10 years, so my dental health couldn't have been that bad.
I have saved quite a bit using the Carrington 500 Dental plan. I sure wish I would of heard about it before. I can't really afford health insurance and dental. But this is a great savings!
