This was a simple process. It was very straightforward that it took the stress and uncertainty away from the sale.
CarBrain was convenient for me by having a tow truck meet me at the body shop where my car was located. Initially there was a problem with the first tow truck. It was fixed immediately, a second tow truck was sent, total wait time was less than one hour. I signed over the pink slip and the keys and was paid a fair price in cash.

They have no communication in their business! Multiple did I call and try to get ahold of a man by the name of Christian Robles. He would email me I would call and always get told he’s out of the office he would call me back. I have yet to hear from I’m him over than via email or text. I finally got ahold of the partner company who was supposed to come get the vehicle(extreme cars for cash). They also have an issue with being honest and picking up the vehicle. TJ(extreme cars for cash) told me for a solid week he was coming finally showed up on day 9 at 7pm and then said he couldn’t tow it he needed a roll back. He has then asked me to remove carbrain from the situation because they charge him $100 to pick it up and he would be losing money. I have been trying to get this vehicle picked up for 3 weeks now and still unsuccessful.
