The service was great and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Except for the price, that is. I was told I’d be paid $240, and I was actually given $208. I was honest in the assessment of the vehicle, and there was no explanation for the decrease. $208 was much closer to competing offers, so I guess they highball the estimate.
