You can pick the colour and quality of your carpet, add a coloured or patterned trim and upto 20 characters of embroidery text. We also offer 3mm and 4mm rubber in a number of different finishes, from raised penny to checkered effect. Customers can now also order semi-tailored seat covers, these are available in heavy duty or quilted material. Choose from black, grey, navy, green and electric blue. Customise by adding a coloured or patterned trim and upto 20 characters of embroidery text. All orders are manufactured upon offer and we aim to ship orders within 3-5 working days. The mats I received were excellent quality and arrived very quickly, however the front ones were the wrong size. Chloe in customer service was excellent in putting it right, she communicated well and upon reviewing photos of the mats sent me the correct size.

Our back seat cover for our Zoe looks nothing like the picture and doesn’t fit so we’re returning it for a refund. The back rest section doesn’t seem to be made for this car and wouldn’t protect the seat from the dog. Maybe someone put the wrong one in the package?

Excellent service, my initial enquiry was quickly answered. There is a good selection of options available. I received the mats quicker than expected, well packaged. The overall quality and 'look' of the mats is excellent and they fitted perfectly.

Very disappointed with the delivery carrier (yodel) , who because I was not at home decided to leave the box in the front garden in full view of anybody passing, luckily the parcel was still there when I returned home
Honestly would never buy from here again. I’ve ordered Taylormade car mats before from another site and they were perfect. Tbh this order was a mistake on my part (as in from this company - very similar name to the previous company I ordered from) I ordered all 4 mats plus the boot liner. Liner for boot doesn’t fit at all. And the drivers car mat is too long and catches on the clutch. I ordered the high end (executive carpet or whatever) and honestly the quality is horrendous. AVOID at all costs.

Having read the positive reviews on the website I was confident that the company would fulfil the order within the required deadline, after all they give themselves 9 working days to get the items delivered. Well I wish I hadn't bothered. I am unable to comment on the quality, as i have only just received them after chasing several times. In total the 9 working days is total hogs wash, it took 13 working days (or 17 days inc. weekend) and several emails. All the time me as the customer chasing not proactive response from the vendor. And the delivery company are just as bad, it took them over 4 days to update the status.... never again.

Seat covers received quickly,fit is very good. They do provide protection to seats.
This boot liner fits really well - great product. The additional flap is really useful because the back of the Tiguan is quite high but it sits flat in the boot when you don’t need it. Great product.
