Ordered a boot liner for a Tesla Model Y. Quite a few options to choose, including colour of liner and trim/stitching colour. Ordering process a doddle and arrived within about a week.

No concerns with the product - good quality materials, well made, good fit, so everything as promised! Sadly let down by couriers who ignored instructions to change delivery date, ignored instructions not to leave in any "safe place", and left a torn open box out in the open where it could have been taken by anyone, for 6 days! If I had known that you were going to use that courier, I would not have ordered from you as the courier has such a poor reputation.
I 'd bought a set of mats for my BMW 5Series. I received these mats after a week or so and on arrival, the items were completely different from what I'd ordered. I immediately sent an email to customer services as they do not have a telephone number and I was completely shocked at the response I got. The set of mats I ordered were meant to be beige/cream as advertised on their web page and what I got was nothing short of Brown. This company refused to take responsibility of their mistake and instead maintained that brown is the new cream. I have been robbed of £70 due to false advertisement from Carmats.co.uk I won't advise you purchase from them ...there are several other mat companies you can use. I definitely won't be visiting their webpage for anything and would want to erase this experience from my memory as soon as possible.

Ordered a set of rubber car mats and a boot mat. Car mats are great quality can’t wait to use them for winter months when it’s wet and miserable outside. Unfortunately they forgot my boot mat. A quick email to customer services resolved the issue; but still frustrating considering the website pesters you more than once to “add a boot mat”. That they then forgot to send.
Although my buying experience was good, I did feel let down by the quality of the car mats. As I was buying the premium quality, I assumed wrongly that the mats would have a luxury feel and quality to them. These were just standard mats in my opinion. I was expecting a thicker pile and a quality feel. This was just not the case. Poor quality for the explanation given. Very disappointed if I'm honest. Next time I will not be buying online. Although the serve a purpose, they have cheapened the feel of my car. Not what I expected at all.

Mats don't fit the Corsa My son is learning to drive and i needed the mats not to slip about hence bought the ones with the " hole " - but they don't stay in place - rather disappointed i know how they are supposed to be / fit as i have a VW Touran

Very pleased with the mat and it makes the floor look great. Had a small issues with the floor clips but after contacting car mats they sent replacements out straight away and everything is fitting perfectly now.
Peugeot boxer camper van 2005 brought front mat with edged trimming, and it fitted like a glove. I am very highly satisfied with the company. Delivery quicker than the expected due date. Will use CAR MATS UK again if needed too
