I needed two sheets of galv for a domestic project, an outside cooking station. I ordered a thin sheet for the roof (lighter, just needs to keep the worst of the rain off), and a thicker sheet for the worksurface where I'm fitting the gas hob. I ordered the two sheets on a weekday, and it arrived with me on the following Friday really well packaged, clean and dry. I'm very impressed with the metal and the thickness of the galvanised coating on the mild steel sheets. I'm also very impressed with the communication from this company when I had a query about the shipping time and they responded immediately, and in the most friendly of ways. I recommend this company, and I will without doubt be using them again.

Simple online ordering although had to contact the company about delivery as it wasn't listed as an option. Delivery charge rather high. Good product, as described arrived promptly.

Used this service to buy some sheet steel for a home build fire pit. As I asked for a cut that was not possible I got a call almost immediately after placing the order from the staff to discuss my requirements. They were friendly and knowledgeable and sorted the issues on the call and then amended the order without me having to order again. Steel was delivered quickly and very accurately cut to my dimensions. The delivery driver was polite and helpful moving the pallets to the garage without any issue. Overall a really good service and I would wholeheartedly recommend.

I needed large steel plates to cover a floor section and looking for this was challenging. Suppliers were either telling me no or simply not responding...not Buy Metal Online; 10 minutes after emailing my enquiry I received a quote from the lovely Brooke who was helpful and informative throughout, even taking pictures to send me when I asked. After waiting for approval to place the order, Brooke processed everything quickly, did exactly as I asked and less than a week later they were delivered. Absolutely delighted I found them, their service was second to none.

After slight issue ordering on line I contacted company direct. Staff were very helpful and were able to advise how to achieve my aims. Sheets of metal arrived within a few days. Very Happy with process

The site states that it has 'reliable delivery' and aim to deliver within 3-5 working days if in stock. I recieved a confirmation email after placing my order but no further updates on if they had it in stock or an expected delivery date. 14 days after my original order I finally recieved a dispatch email, the product didn't arrive for another 7 days. While I am happy with the quality of the product I ordered I think that some communication about stock levels and expected delivery dates isn't much to ask for, if you place an order in the hope it will arrive in 3-5 days and it doesnt arrive for 14 working days you might be disappointed or no longer available on the delivery date to recieve the goods.

I had a problem because the wrong steel had been delivered but a quick phone call to Brooke and she dealt with it immediately replacing the first delivery very efficiently and we would use BMO again
