A problem occurred with my order and it was rectified before I managed to blink. I was very impressed with such quality customer (and delivery!) service which is rather rare in this Covid-19 world. The steel itself is perfect, exactly what I was after, can’t wait to use it in my garden project.

The product arrived in good time but was not as I expected. I ordered a custom size magnetic notice board, so expected something I could put straight on the wall. What I received was scratched, dented and very dirty.
The order arrived very quickly and cut to correct size. I has an issue with the size not being included on the order. I e-mailed them and they responded immediately to add the size. Bit of constructive criticism is that the website says AMEX is accepted but this didn't work for me. When I proceeded to pay with another card the comment, where I had added in the required size, was removed.
