I found this Minima fire pit after looking at lots of (much cheaper) flimsy looking bowls on legs. I'm so glad I did as it is made of thick (and very heavy!) Corten and comes in five pieces that cleverly slot together making a 500mm long flat bottom "cradle" that can hold the large logs that are too big to fit in the log burner. An oven shelf sits across it safely too for a barbeque on the embers if required. The Corten finish is great, and it is a strong item with nothing to bow or bust when left outdoors and there is no paint finish to burn away and allow it to rust.

Lovely sheets of metal! Mine is for the base for an outdoor cooking fire (under a Tawa). One quick phone call and they recommended the right metal for the job. It turned up just a few days later.

Despite Royal mail changing my postcode so dpd's satnav did not work , after a quick phone call to their depot they delivered on time the following day, this was entirely Royal mails fault so overall I am pleased with BMO,s service.
