We purchased a pair of poultry shears from the Butchers Equipment Warehouse, which were made by a European company rather than from a Chinese manufacturer, which, unless your prepared to pay a considerable amount for can be harder than you’d expect. Tha ICEL shears we’re reasonably priced and on inspection appear to be well made. We haven’t used them yet and they look very capable for spatchcocking chicken. The sellers description was very accurate and the item was delivered promptly. We would recommend this seller.
