This was our second order to BT Office. They have a great range of products at competitive prices. They did eveything they said they would, when they would. Staff are user friendly and helpful all the way through the process, sales, logistics and installation. Following our first order, a fault became apparent on one of the items that had been delivered several weeks previoulsy. Contacted BT Office and without any quibble they delivered a new table to Nottingham and exchanged the damaged one. BT Office are now our default supplier for all office furniture. 10/10

I was looking for a single office chair for home use. I went to BT Office Furniture as I had previously bought other office furniture (desk/shelf unit and storage cabinet) from them and been pleased with both the advise and delivery. I wanted a chair that would be adjustable and really comfortable to sit in. I was shown a number, and found several that would 'do the job'. However the particular combination of features and colour were not in stock, but were promptly ordered. Written confirmation of the order was received next day, and the good delivered within two weeks of ordering (faster than expected). The chair has proved to be everything I expected. It is without doubt the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in.

Nigel Curtis was my sales consultant and we had built a good rapport previous, so it was easier Second time around, they understood our requirements, pointed me in the right direction and advised me when I sought their advice. This helped to speed up the process of a usually very time consuming exercise.
Had been looking for an office chair on-line for some time, visited BT's Office/Showroom on spec. Was invited to look around (without any sales pressure). Was given help and advice when asked for. Ordered the chair there & then was available for delivery within 2 days. I opted to collect it myself as I was in the area. Overall first class service

Good desking & pedestals. Confusing sales person to start with who quoted different items specs to those shown online but got to the bottom of it in the end. Desks arrived on time apart from a day due to lorry breakdown. Assemblers were good, fast, polite and tidy. Couple of small scratches on desks but overall very happy with them.
I often pick up items from their warehouse. The warehouse manager is always extremely helpful.
