Placed the order, excellent communication from Amanda & Dave, delivered within the timescale from ordering and even with a two hour window... I needed a new desk and sundries They were very professional and knowledgeable. All the items were delivered and installed very quickly. A much better choice that a certain large American stationary store that sells office equipment!!

In all aspects of the order - manufacture, supply and delivery - we were kept informed of progress, even of possible delays in manufacture so that expectations were not found wanting. Delivery, unpacking and removal of packing rubbish expedited with minimum of fuss and time. Follow up order a certainty and would certainly recommend to other customers. An easy company to deal with, products delivered and installed on the date agreed. No fuss, no problems. I purchased a desk, pedestal, storage cabinets and a filling cabinet. The products are a little more expensive than others on the market, but you get what you pay for. The products I purchased are of very good quality and are as described on the web site.
The service and value from BT Office Furniture was excellent. They were able to deliver on a very tight time line, and offered great value. Communication from them was very good and their installation team were polite, did an efficient job and left site clean and tidy.

i was very pleased with the value look and quality of a boardroom table recently purchased for one of my clients I was also pleased with the additional portholes added for audio and visual conference hardware the only downside is that a small munber of staff have the vital knowledge needed to answer questions quickly and those are overrun other than that very good company
After being let down at the last minute by four office furniture suppliers, I came across the BT Office website. The desk that I purchased was very reasonably priced, in fact the lowest that I had seen. It was delivered when promised, and assembled onsite in minutes by the very polite and friendly delivery man. The quality of the desk is fantastic and it is a great match with my existing office furniture. I would not hesitate to recommend BT Office to anyone wanting great quality, reasonably priced office furniture. I just wish I had found them sooner!!

I was very impressed by their customer service. Due to sudden high recruitment, we needed some new desks at short notice. When we explained the situation to them, they managed to get the desks to us over a week earlier than the normal lead time. Recommended!
