A very helpful service in helping us to decide what we required & if it would all fit in, with full 3D layouts so we knew what our new office would look like. Great installation service with no mesh & a professional installation, leaving our office ready to go. very competitive prices, with installation included. We would definitely recommend the BT Office company.

Simple and like my own Business Approach. The art of Business in a modern world is time management, therefore surround yourself with like minded people and you turn an "average persons work capacity surrounded by clowns" into treble his ability. Therefore I work with Companies that have the same ethos and that is what BT Office Furniture & Interiors have. Pick up the phone tell them what you need agree and it was done!

I ordered a board-room table and some drawer sets for my office. The blokes arrived (from 250 miles away), carried the huge table upstairs, along with the drawers, and built it in position. The quality of the table is really good. I'm very pleased with the product and the company - and we have used them again since!

Customer Service from BT Office Furniture was outstanding. A lady called Amanda helped and guided me all the way through and was so helpful and friendly. Her advice and expertise were invaluable. The furniture was very reasonably priced and we are extremely happy with it. I would thoroughly recommend BT Office Furniture to anyone!

We ordered some desks for our office which had to match in with the others we already had so after contacting BT Office Furniture I photographed them and sent the pictures over. The assistant was very helpful and when the products arrived they matched perfectly! The desks were delivered on time and assembled for us. A very good and efficient service!

We placed a rather large order with BT Office since we were moving offices and redesigning with all new white furniture. Though we had to wait for some pieces due to stock issues, the majority of our order arrived on schedule. The installation team was efficient and in no time put together our entire office: 4 desks, 5 large cupboards, file cabinets, chairs and two tables. We would definitely use their products and services again.

Amanda was fantastic...understood what we needed, kept us up to date with delivery progress. She exceeded my expectations in the way she cared about making sure all her promises were carried by her other colleagues so that no one let us down. Great job - thanks Amanda.

We used BTOffice a month ago for 41 new desks and chairs for a new office fit out. The build and installation went really well. We realised we needed a bit more storage so went back to BTOffice and ordered 2 pedestals and 4 desk-height cupboards. The guys turned up on the agreed date but could not complete the build as not all the fittings were there so only had 2 complete items. They then visited a second time, still didn't have the correct fittings so only completed 1 more item. They visited a third time, again not having all the fittings so no more items completed. I am awaiting their 4 visit today to complete the last of the items. Lets see if they bring all of the fittings?!?!?!?!? After our first order I would have awarded BTOffice 5 / 5. However after the complete cock-up of the last order I would only award 2 / 5. Not good.

I found BT Office Furniture and Interiors a great company to deal with from my initial telephone call to Derek who was able to interpret my brief and provide a clear layout drawing and costs to the team who delivered the equipment. They are great ambassadors for the company and couldn't do enough to help us.

The sales and installation staff were both helpful and accommodating. The installation was swift and painless. The furniture we chose was good quality and sturdy. The only down side was a lead time of 3 weeks as we were in a hurry. However, they never the lessl managed to supply and install prior to our deadline.

Once delivered and assembled I thought the furniture was too big for my office. I phoned straightaway and asked if I could return or have credit note, accepting there would be some handling charge as there's nothing wrong with it, but first they said no because they wouldn't have the packaging to store it safely, then when I said I had the packaging they just said no. I understand they have no obligation to accept returns but it just seems mean. Now I have to make up my mind whether to cut it down to manageable size or sell on gumtree for a tenth of cost. Can't believe they sent me a feedback request!

I ordered a chair, was telephoned to discuss my order and even emailed by their team. I received it on the day I needed it, it was put together well and is so comfortable. BT Office furniture is a long way from me but I was made to feel like distance wasnt a problem, even though I only wanted one swivel chair.

Pleasure to deal with, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Unless someone offers me good quality office furniture plus a great service for free I can't see myself ever going anywhere else.
