The experience that I had was seemless. With Tech opportunities, for me at least, there is always the concern that I will be challenged by new processess or asked questions that I do not know how to answer. It's more the potential nuisance factor than anything else. Im busy. I got things to do! And do I really need to be doing this right now? But the support given by Glyssa (Bright Engagement Specialist) was, quick, efficient and personable. It made the process so easy to get done! I am glad I made the committment to get it done. Thank you Glyssa.
