Thank you Melody for your help, you were very patient. For future development, I would suggest when sending out a link for E-Learning the employee relevant to the training should be an option. As our Company has 3 different areas, not all is relevant to everyone. This could be annoying to some employees receiving the notification and it's not relevant.
Megan was so patient and helpful taking me thru the training and starting again right from the beginning. Megan reiterated to me that as I work thru it on my own there is always the ongoing assistance with questions and further training etc. Megan treated me with kindness and respect and was clearly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her role.
Explained to us how to use the app in simple English
Lisa-Marie was very practical in her approach to teaching us the new Bright HR software. Sending us reminder emails prior to the session and accommodating our requests for extra staff to sit in on the training session. It appears to be an easy program and well thought out.
