The training was very good and wish we had more time. I also wish to get the recording of the meeting so that I may refer it for future use.

The consultant I spoke to was very helpful. She was able to help me step by step to understand how to navigate my way around the 1s part of new software. She was also able to help book another appointment for someone to call me back to go through the 2nd part of the software as we did not have enough time.

Just did an Bright HR &Safe on-line training with Lisa-Marie few weeks ago. Still getting the hang of it, working around the system while learning stuff - slowly but surely. Lisa-Marie is patient and helpful.
