I ordered an asbestos self sampling kit which arrived promptly and with very clear instructions. I took the samples and posted them off and had the results in less than 24 hours. I had a small query on one of the test results and received a response very promptly. I would definitely recommend this company and, if required, I would not hesitate in using them again myself.

Website is easy to navigate. Helpful chat line. Turnaround of samples fast. I guess one improvement might be a readout of the actual results; chemical analysis and/or microscope photos with some supporting interpretation. My result was that no asbestos was detected in the samples I sent but I didn't see the actual results of the tests. Just a comment. I don't know how difficult it would be to interpret the data, but it would be interesting.

Initial response excellent the extra item requiring analysis payed for but not passed on to laboratory causing delay rectified some 10 days later. Overall good service.
