Certificate was poor. Ideally a date when expires required and some kind of certificate number.

Brilliant service, very clear instructions on what to do and how to do the job with all the protective clothing/gear you need supplied in the protective packaging, even a pre paid return package to send your samples back quickly. Laboratory results are also very quick and can be sent via email if you choose. Five stars & then some!
