I give them four stars, as I originally ordered the wrong item due to their website and advertisement being confusing on what you was actually getting. But they were very helpful in sorting it out and issuing a refund for the confusion. And informed me they was getting some one to update the website as I'm not the first to do it. They are very nice, friendly. And helpful.
Had to find out if my old artex ceiling contained asbestos. They sent a pack for me to take samples myself, it had everything needed, and the results emailed back to me very quickly.
Very professional training that evolves a little each year and through necessity gets a little scarier to reinforce the vital nature of this training.

Made shor all work was tidy and safe. Report came through within expected time. Very cimrahensiv testing and report. Can highly recommend to any one.
Because my recorded delivery arrived on Saturday there was nobody at the lab to accept delivery. I spoke to several people (on the Monday) who were all extremely helpful. When my sample pack was re-delivered (Tuesday) it was analysed for me that same day.
