My bathroom now has the WOW FACTOR! The tiles are high quality and just simply stunning. The customer service is also second to none. There was so much choice but I couldn't resist the Eccitare style. I have another bathroom to renovate, so I'm looking forward to choosing another style from Boutique Stone!

Boutique Stone were very easy to deal with - I was able to what's app them w questions and they always got back to me very quickly. Alex was great when he suggested a much earlier delivery date, due to stock availability. Can't wait to get our beautiful terrazzo tiles down now!

Great experience dealing with Boutique Stone. Needed them to keep the tiles for a few months and they had no problem doing this. Delivery then was on time and driver was super helpful. Looking forward to seeing the finished project.

Friendly Customer Service experience!! Alex was patient enough in answering all my questions about the Ravello Terrazzo Matt 600x600 tiles. The tiles arrived in an extremely secured manner and none of the tiles were damaged. Very happy with the excellent and warm service Boutique Stone and Alex have provided. Highly Recommended!!😊

Excellent customer service! Boutique Stone were very communicative around delivery times and processes. We had a late delay to the start of our project and they kept our order on hold until we were ready. And then when I changed my mind and asked for an earlier delivery date they accommodated me. As for the tiles, we haven’t yet installed them, but in the box they look great!

Super easy to order, and get hold of. Went to pick it up - and the guys had it ready and bought it out to the car.

Received my tiles yesterday, delivered intact. Driver didn’t have a choice other than a kerb drop for me. Inspected all tiles, no faults. Boutique Stone have kept in touch with me, from purchase to delivery! In time and on completion, I will forward pics of the install!

Alex was super helpful and responsive to our questions before and after purchase. Whilst delivery had taken a little longer than originally thought when browsing the website, it was clearly communicated when ordering that it would take a few weeks rather than days. I was keen to support a smaller business like Boutique Stone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I loved the personal touch!
