Great service speedy delivery and ease of ordering

Tiles are sold at high end prices but on reflection and further research some are not as great as they first appear ( would question if they are true trezzo). The customer service is appalling and the team do not honour discounts ( even though they will come up with excuses for this), it does have some lovely tiles but has a small firm mentality and management. I renovate houses for a living but I won’t be returning as I feel there are lots of other company’s who have better customer service, quality tiles and prices.

Beautiful tiles, high quality. Communications were great and Alex was very helpful when asked lots of questions. Tile delivery wasn't speedy but I guess mine were coming from overseas so had to wait a bit longer than hoped. Finished result is fantastic! Highly recommend Boutique Stone.

Ordered on the Monday and they arrived on the Thursday! Couldn’t believe the speedy delivery. The tiles are very high quality and are exactly what we wanted. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Website easy to use, colour rendition meant tiles were as expected, sample provided promptly and order placed on a Sunday evening and delivered on Wednesday morning! Delivery a bit pricey £59.99 for two boxes delivered to London. More expensive than any of our kitchen appliance deliveries including one weighing over 140kgs.

Tiles have not been the quality I was expecting. The site sells itself as being really exclusive about what it stocks and that it's high-end - and I really don't usually buy high-end either, so I'm not a fussy customer, promise! We really wanted terrazzo but I got a sample of their Ravello Terrazzo and the background colour is darker than expected and the terrazzo effect colour block on our sample was like a black smear, it was so dreary toned and a bit blurry as well. Maybe this is a fake-terrazzo issue as other brands were similar, but look nothing like BS brochure photos. Settled on yellow instead, and ended up ordering here only because this is the only stockist of large yellow tiles we could find (we didn't want to use little metro tiles and have lots of grout). They emailed to give a 'delivered by' date and then contacted us on that date to say delivery would be in 2 days time? We wouldn't have minded if they hadn't already given themselves a deadline they'd communicated to us. To be fair, they managed to bring this forward 1 day, but still later than we expected so the builder had to take delivery as I wasn't in. The tiles themselves are true to their description and have a nice finish. However, for the size of them they are not very thick, not even as thick as the cheaper white gloss bathroom tiles I got from B&Q to accompany them in the room. Our builder has told us they've been a nightmare to work with, and although I accept tiles will be broken whilst drilling into them and cutting them, these have been particularly fragile. 4 (!) of these giant, expensive tiles were broken trying to cut holes to install it around the shower fitting, and this is by a professional who tiles every day, this isn't me having an amateur go myself. On one of these attempts, he'd finished cutting and was wiping down the side when the tile broke into about 5 pieces and just fell apart in his hands. He has told us he's worked with tiles less fragile than this that at least have a clear warning on the packaging (although frankly that wouldn't really make much difference, would rather just have them better made in the first place!) I trust our builder as he's worked with us for a while and been very trustworthy and does things to a high standard so this is no botched job on his part. We have let BS know, but they claim no one who has ordered these tiles before has had a problem with them - yeah right! They were no help at all. Disappointed and stressed by our experience, won't order again (until we've finished ordering replacement tiles for all the breakages -_- )

Boutique Stone have a beautiful quality range that is reasonably priced. I have purchased twice so far and on both occasions i have dealt with Alex who couldn't be more helpful, if you want an excellent product and service then definitely give this company your business.
