This has been the easiest and most painless process of ordering online I’ve had in a while. From the get go Alex was super helpful when I emailed asking to add an extra box of tiles to our order, sorting this straight away. Then when there was a hiccup with delivery I was kept updated by email and the tiles arrived exactly when the email said they would, well packaged and without any breakages. The quality of the tiles we ordered is exceptional, they really are beautiful and well worth the money spent on them. Thank you Alex and Boutiquestone I will definitely be recommending you.

Lovely Tiles They had the type of tile I wanted and theirs was the best I could find. They weren't cheap but they've lovely and good quality. Also great customer service, thank you.

Such a classy company! Alex is particularly kind and helpful. I ordered, then stopped an order, then frantically needed extra tiles for a half done project... Right from the start Alex was so incredibly helpful! He ran down to the warehouse to check immediately if the tiles I needed were in stock. He was quick to answer emails and to also organise delivery within a few days of my initial enquiry. The delivery company were also fantastic helping me to carry tiles into the house. The company I was going to order from didn’t have the tiles in stock that I needed but Boutique Stone had the exact same tiles with no lead time.
