A financial website which won't bore you to tears, rip you off or talk in jargon. But will help you make smart decisions, show you what others are doing and put your questions to an expert.
I've been a fan of Boring Money for a number of years now and have taken part in various research projects for them. What I like is that they talk "normally" about complicated issues; pensions, stocks etc and Holly's weekly newsletter never fails to make me chuckle with her tongue-in-cheek humour. Their website is literally bursting and the seams with so much valuable content to help you save, protect your savings and spending your savings once retiring.
Good, honest information. Holly is truthful about the risks and has some great advice on investing and pensions/
A really sound blog by a genuinely impartial commentator, I am a regular reader.
Love Holly Boring Money! Never boring. A funny and informative blog which has helped me understand a little more about finance and given me the confidence to move on. Thanks Holly and team.
I find both the website and regular newsletter I've signed up for a great help on many financial matters and use the website as a regular point of call on all things finacial.
This a an excellent site with lots of useful and easy to understand information. I really like the way the information is presented with not too much jargon and even with a bit of humour in the weekly blog.
Great experience and very informative for your investment requirements.
Boring Money is one of the best finance sites. Lots of information and easy to understand. Plus the blog by Holly is a really enjoyable read every Friday. Funny and informative in equal measure. I would give Boring Money extra stars if I could. Highly recommended.
Great site and insight. Breaks things down and helps everyone understand financial products - more please!
Excellent information
A good easy to understand financial blog. Wish I had found this earlier as I try to massage my humble stock holdings into some semblance of shape.... Would recommend to new investors, professional traders and even the *just curious". Keep up the good work....
This is a great financial blog delivered in simple terms that we can all understand. I loved the short description of the difference between shares and bonds this week: Companies have two main ways of raising money to fund their growth. They can give away a share of the company to people in return for some cash. Equity. Or they can borrow money from people in return for agreeing to pay interest. Bonds. Some investors prefer bonds because – if the company goes belly-up – investors with bonds are at the front of queue to get any money back. And share holders are at the back of the queue.
Great site. Informative but very human. Unlike any other financial page you might have come across. Holly and her team provide any one who wants to understand the world of personal finance with everything necessary for both the beginner and more experienced investors. Highly recommended.
I love this site! Really clear commentary on pensions and investing - no jargon. Interesting interviews and webinars with financial experts, the opportunity to have a question put to an expert. Great for a beginner investor. Thank you!
I love Holly's Friday blog. I feel they understand a lot of us need the plain language which use. I have attended the webinars that they have held and always feel Holly and her colleagues come across as genuine and honest.
Excellent information in an easy to understand format well done Holly
