A financial website which won't bore you to tears, rip you off or talk in jargon. But will help you make smart decisions, show you what others are doing and put your questions to an expert.
Great a the start after investing at the start with BM. Unfortunately no replies when contacting through the website. Disappointed.....
I don’t remember where I found details of this site. However since finding it I have enjoyed my weekly emails on a Friday in addition to special one off‘s. I really like the light hearted yet informative insight into the normally stuffy world of financial services. The site breaks down into nice simple bite sized pieces the topics of the week. I have used the site to help decide on an ISA, for which I’m grateful. I hope this site does well as it deserves to have the widest readership possible. Good luck Boring Money.
Up to date and relevant advice helping the beginner as well as the more experienced investor
Great information and newsletter packed full of useful information to guide me to get a better understanding of investing for my families future.
Excellent site and cannot recommend the weekly e-mail blog from Holly highly enough! Well done Boring Money!!
Holly is funny, sharp and to the point. Cuts through the obfuscations of investment jargon with great humour.
The weekly newsletter is both informative and entertaining (the puns are nothing short of genius), busting financial jargon and simplifying investments for readers of all levels. I have been subscribed for over a year now and always look forward to reading it when it lands in my inbox each Friday.
Holly. Love the weekly blog and the No bull attitude easy to read and always gives me a smile. Good luck to you and all the team in 2023.
Clear, helpful advice that makes investing easier to understand.
I love getting Holly's weekly email! It's funny & informative. My Friday's wouldn't be the same without it!
Entertaining plain language explanation of the changing investment environment. Cuts through the jargon. Therefore extremely helpful to novice and even seasoned investors.
Call me boring if you like - but reading Holly's Blog is the work highlight of my week. I always learn something interesting, and she always makes me smile and/or laugh out loud.
I read Holly's weekly updates regularly. Always amusing, she pitches valuable information in a very accessible way. I have used the site's guidance on investment and question answering function to personal advantage. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend other amateurish investors to explore the site frequently and never to miss her weekly updates
The Boring Money website is very accesible and cuts through the jargon that the financial industry is so fond of. Holly's weekly email is entertaining and useful, what more can you ask for?
Written in a lighthearted, draw you in way, but sharp and to the point. Informative without dragging info out, which it should be for an email!
A great site for jargon free, impartial information about financial markets and products.
Very useful and easy to follow financial gargon. Great for the beginner with some fun added to it. Really good to have a regular email with updates and financial information. I highly recommend for anyone who doesn't understand all the technical mumbo jumbo of the bankers and investment organisations. Thank you.
Brilliant. Straight talking, no flannel and all with a wicked sense of humour. Well done. As a newbie to investments I've found this blog to be very refreshing and informative. Thank you
Excellent, well written and highly informative,
Update: See below for my main view. However, the website is not easy to navigate (there is no search in this site button for example) and I just spent an hour trying to read an article that interested me but could not get beyond first 2 points despite having spent half an hour trying ! I also dont like how the login takes you straight to visible, not main standard page. Boringmoney provides down to earth help for small investors - interesting articles and case studies helped me when first venturing into the big scary world of investment !
